the¡¡price¡¡of¡¡wheat¡¡and¡¡barley¡¡were¡¡at¡¡the¡¡lowest£»¡¡and¡¡to¡¡have

proceeded¡¡gradually¡¡to¡¡determine¡¡what¡¡it¡¡ought¡¡to¡¡be£»¡¡according
