Hence¡¡the¡¡exorbitant¡¡price¡¡of¡¡the¡¡necessaries¡¡of¡¡life¡¡during¡¡the

blockade¡¡of¡¡a¡¡town¡¡or¡¡in¡¡a¡¡famine¡£

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡When¡¡the¡¡quantity¡¡brought¡¡to¡¡market¡¡exceeds¡¡the¡¡effectual
