3：3我对她说，你当多日为我独居，不可行淫，不可归别人为妻，我向你也必这样。
And　I　said　unto　her；　Thou　shalt　abide　for　me　many　days；　thou　shalt　not　play　the　harlot；　and　thou　shalt　not　be　for　another　man：　so　will　I　also　be　for　thee。
3：4以色列人也必多日独居，无君王，无首领，无祭祀，无柱像，无以弗得，无家中的神像。
For　the　children　of　Israel　shall　abide　many　days　without　a　king；　and　without　a　prince；　and　without　a　sacrifice；　and　without　an　image；　and　without　an　ephod；　and　without　teraphim：
3：5后来以色列人必归回（或作回心转意），寻求他们的神耶和华，和他们的王大卫。在末后的日子，必以敬畏的心归向耶和华，领受他的恩惠。
Afterward　shall　the　children　of　Israel　return；　and　seek　the　LORD　their　God；　and　David　their　king；　and　shall　fear　the　LORD　and　his　goodness　in　the　latter　days。

4：1以色列人哪，你们当听耶和华的话。耶和华与这地的居民争辩，因这地上无诚实，无良善，无人认识神。
Hear　the　word　of　the　LORD；　ye　children　of　Israel：　for　the　LORD　hath　a　controversy　with　the　inhabitants　of　the　land；　because　there　is　no　truth；　nor　mercy；　nor　knowledge　of　God　in　the　land。
4：2但起假誓，不践前言，杀害，偷盗，奸淫，行强暴，杀人流血，接连不断。
By　swearing；　and　lying；　and　killing；　and　stealing；　and　mitting　adultery；　they　break　out；　and　blood　toucheth　blood。
4：3因此，这地悲哀，其上的民，田野的兽，空中的鸟，必都衰微，海中的鱼也必消灭。
Therefore　shall　the　land　mourn；　and　every　one　that　dwelleth　therein　shall　languish；　with　the　beasts　of　the　field；　and　with　the　fowls　of　heaven；　yea；　the　fishes　of　the　sea　also　shall　be　taken　away。
4：4然而，人都不必争辩，也不必指责，因为这民与抗拒祭司的人一样。
Yet　let　no　man　strive；　nor　reprove　another：　for　thy　people　are　as　they　that　strive　with　the　priest。
4：5你这祭司必日间跌倒，先知也必夜间与你一同跌倒。我必灭绝你的母亲。
Therefore　shalt　thou　fall　in　the　day；　and　the　prophet　also　shall　fall　with　thee　in　the　night；　and　I　will　destroy　thy　mother。
4：6我的民因无知识而灭亡。你弃掉知识，我也必弃掉你，使你不再给我作祭司。你既忘了你神的律法，我也必忘记你的儿女。
My　people　are　destroyed　for　lack　of　knowledge：　because　thou　hast　rejected　knowledge；　I　will　also　reject　thee；　that　thou　shalt　be　no　priest　to　me：　seeing　thou　hast　forgotten　the　law　of　thy　God；　I　will　also　forget　thy　children。
4：7祭司越发增多，就越发得罪我。我必使他们的荣耀变为羞辱。
As　they　were　increased；　so　they　sinned　against　me：　therefore　will　I　change　their　glory　into　shame。
4：8他们吃我民的赎罪祭，满心愿意我民犯罪。
They　eat　up　the　sin　of　my　people；　and　they　set　their　heart　on　their　iniquity。
4：9将来民如何，祭司也必如何，我必因他们所行的惩罚他们，照他们所做的报应他们。
And　there　shall　be；　like　people；　like　priest：　and　I　will　punish　them　for　their　ways；　and　reward　them　their　doings。
4：10他们吃，却不得饱。行淫，而不得立后。因为他们离弃耶和华，不遵他的命。
For　they　shall　eat；　and　not　have　enough：　they　shall　mit　whoredom；　and　shall　not　increase：　because　they　have　left　off　to　take　heed　to　the　LORD。
4：11奸淫和酒，并新酒，夺去人的心。
Whoredom　and　wine　and　new　wine　take　away　the　heart。
4：12我的民求问木偶，以为木杖能指示他们，因为他们的淫心使他们失迷，他们就行淫离弃神，不守约束。
My　people　ask　counsel　at　their　stocks；　and　their　staff　declareth　unto　them：　for　the　spirit　of　whoredoms　hath　caused　them　to　err；　and　they　have　gone　a　whoring　from　under　their　God。
4：13在各山顶，各高冈的橡树，杨树，栗树之下，献祭烧香，因为树影美好。所以，你们的女儿淫乱，你们的新妇（或作儿妇下同）行淫。
They　sacrifice　upon　the　tops　of　the　mountains；　and　burn　incense　upon　the　hills；　under　oaks　and　poplars　and　elms；　because　the　shadow　thereof　is　good：　therefore　your　daughters　shall　mit　whoredom；　and　your　spouses　shall　mit　adultery。
4：14你们的女儿淫乱，你们的新妇行淫，我却不惩罚她们，因为你们自己离群与娼妓同居，与妓女一同献祭。这无知的民必致倾倒。
I　will　not　punish　your　daughters　when　they　mit　whoredom；　nor　your　spouses　when　they　mit　adultery：　for　themselves　are　separated　with　whores；　and　they　sacrifice　with　harlots：　therefore　the　people　that　doth　not　understand　shall　fall。
4：15以色列阿，你虽然行淫，犹大却不可犯罪。不要往吉甲去，不要上到伯亚文，也不要指着永生的耶和华起誓。
Though　thou；　Israel；　play　the　harlot；　yet　let　not　Judah　offend；　and　e　not　ye　unto　Gilgal；　neither　go　ye　up　to　Bethaven；　nor　swear；　The　LORD　liveth。
4：16以色列倔强，犹如倔强的母牛。现在耶和华要放他们，如同放羊羔在宽阔之地。
For　Israel　slideth　back　as　a　backsliding　heifer：　now　the　LORD　will　feed　them　as　a　lamb　in　a　large　place。
4：17以法莲亲近偶像，任凭他吧。
Ephraim　is　joined　to　idols：　let　him　alone。
4：18他们所喝的已经发酸。他们时常行淫，他们的官长最爱羞耻的事。
Their　drink　is　sour：　they　have　mitted　whoredom　continually：　her　rulers　with　shame　do　love；　Give　ye。
4：19风把他们裹在翅膀里。他们因所献的祭必致蒙羞。
The　wind　hath　bound　her　up　in　her　wings；　and　they　shall　be　ashamed　because　of　their　sacrifices。

5：1众祭司阿，要听我的话，以色列家阿，要留心听。王家阿，要侧耳而听。审判要临到你们，因你们在米斯巴如网罗，在他泊山如铺张的网。
Hear　ye　this；　O　priests；　and　hearken；　ye　house　of　Israel；　and　give　ye　ear；　O　house　of　the　king；　for　judgment　is　toward　you；　because　ye　have　been　a　snare　on　Mizpah；　and　a　net　spread　upon　Tabor。
5：2这些悖逆的人，肆行杀戮，罪孽极深。我却斥责他们众人。
And　the　revolters　are　profound　to　make　slaughter；　though　I　have　been　a　rebuker　of　them　all。
5：3以法莲为我所知，以色列不能向我隐藏。以法莲哪，现在你行淫了，以色列被玷污了。
I　know　Ephraim；　and　Israel　is　not　hid　from　me：　for　now；　O　Ephraim；　thou　mittest　whoredom；　and　Israel　is　defiled。
5：4他们所行的使他们不能归向神，因有淫心在他们里面，他们也不认识耶和华。
They　will　not　frame　their　doings　to　turn　unto　their　God：　for　the　spirit　of　whoredoms　is　in　the　midst　of　them；　and　they　have　not　known　the　LORD。
5：5以色列的骄傲当面见证自己。故此，以色列和以法莲必因自己的罪孽跌倒，犹大也必与他们一同跌倒。
And　the　pride　of　Israel　doth　testify　to　his　face：　therefore　shall　Israel　and　Ephraim　fall　in　their　iniquity；　Judah　also　shall　fall　with　them。
5：6他们必牵着牛羊去寻求耶和华，却寻不见，他已经转去离开他们。
They　shall　go　with　their　flocks　and　with　their　herds　to　seek　the　LORD；　but　they　shall　not　find　him；　he　hath　withdrawn　himself　from　them。
5：7他们向耶和华行事诡诈，生了私子。到了月朔，他们与他们的地业必被吞灭。
They　have　dealt　treacherously　against　the　LORD：　for　they　have　begotten　strange　children：　now　shall　a　month　devour　them　with　their　portions。
5：8你们当在基比亚吹角，在拉玛吹号，在伯亚文吹出大声，说，便雅悯哪，有仇敌在你后头。
Blow　ye　the　cornet　in　Gibeah；　and　the　trumpet　in　Ramah：　cry　aloud　at　Bethaven；　after　thee；　O　Benjamin。
5：9在责罚的日子，以法莲必变为荒场。我在以色列支派中。指示将来必成的事。
Ephraim　shall　be　desolate　in　the　day　of　rebuke：　among　the　tribes　of　Israel　have　I　made　known　that　which　shall　surely　be。
5：10犹大的首领如同挪移地界的人，我必将忿怒倒在他们身上，如水一般。
The　princes　of　Judah　were　like　them　that　remove　the　bound：　therefore　I　will　pour　out　my　wrath　upon　them　like　water。
5：11以法莲因乐从人的命令，就受欺压，被审判压碎。
Ephraim　is　oppressed　and　broken　in　judgment；　because　he　willingly　walked　after　the　mandment。
5：12我使以法莲如虫蛀之物，使犹大家如朽烂之木。
Therefore　will　I　be　unto　Ephraim　as　a　moth；　and　to　the　house　of　Judah　as　rottenness。
5：13以法莲见自己有病，犹大见自己有伤，他们就打发人往亚述去见耶雷布王，他却不能医治你们，不能治好你们的伤。
When　Ephraim　saw　his　sickness；　and　Judah　saw　his　wound；　then　went　Ephraim　to　the　Assyrian；　and　sent　to　king　Jareb：　yet　could　he　not　heal　you；　nor　cure　you　of　your　wound。
5：14我必向以法莲如狮子，向犹大家如少壮狮子。我必撕裂而去，我要夺去，无人搭救。
For　I　will　be　unto　Ephraim　as　a　lion；　and　as　a　young　lion　to　the　house　of　Judah：　I；　even　I；　will　tear　and　go　away；　I　will　take　away；　and　none　shall　rescue　him。
5：15我要回到原处，等他们自觉有罪（或作承认己罪），寻求我面，他们在急难的时候，必切切寻求我。
I　will　go　and　return　to　my　place；　till　they　acknowledge　their　offence；　and　seek　my　face：　in　their　affliction　they　will　seek　me　early。
