And　to　them　which　were　in　Aroer；　and　to　them　which　were　in　Siphmoth；　and　to　them　which　were　in　Eshtemoa；
30：29住拉哈勒的，耶拉篾各城的，基尼各城的。
And　to　them　which　were　in　Rachal；　and　to　them　which　were　in　the　cities　of　the　Jerahmeelites；　and　to　them　which　were　in　the　cities　of　the　Kenites；
30：30住何珥玛的，歌拉珊的，亚挞的。
And　to　them　which　were　in　Hormah；　and　to　them　which　were　in　Chorashan；　and　to　them　which　were　in　Athach；
30：31住希伯仑的，并大卫和跟随他的人素来所到之处的人。
And　to　them　which　were　in　Hebron；　and　to　all　the　places　where　David　himself　and　his　men　were　wont　to　haunt。

31：1非利士人与以色列人争战。以色列人在非利士人面前逃跑，在基利波有被杀仆倒的。
Now　the　Philistines　fought　against　Israel：　and　the　men　of　Israel　fled　from　before　the　Philistines；　and　fell　down　slain　in　mount　Gilboa。
31：2非利士人紧追扫罗和他儿子们，就杀了扫罗的儿子约拿单，亚比拿达，麦基舒亚。
And　the　Philistines　followed　hard　upon　Saul　and　upon　his　sons；　and　the　Philistines　slew　Jonathan；　and　Abinadab；　and　Melchishua；　Saul's　sons。
31：3势派甚大，扫罗被弓箭手追上，射伤甚重，
And　the　battle　went　sore　against　Saul；　and　the　archers　hit　him；　and　he　was　sore　wounded　of　the　archers。
31：4就吩咐拿他兵器的人说，你拔出刀来，将我刺死，免得那些未受割礼的人来刺我，凌辱我。但拿兵器的人甚惧怕，不肯刺他。扫罗就自己伏在刀上死了。
Then　said　Saul　unto　his　armourbearer；　Draw　thy　sword；　and　thrust　me　through　therewith；　lest　these　uncircumcised　e　and　thrust　me　through；　and　abuse　me。　But　his　armourbearer　would　not；　for　he　was　sore　afraid。　Therefore　Saul　took　a　sword；　and　fell　upon　it。
31：5拿兵器的人见扫罗已死，也伏在刀上死了。
And　when　his　armourbearer　saw　that　Saul　was　dead；　he　fell　likewise　upon　his　sword；　and　died　with　him。
31：6这样，扫罗和他三个儿子，与拿他兵器的人，以及跟随他的人，都一同死亡。
So　Saul　died；　and　his　three　sons；　and　his　armourbearer；　and　all　his　men；　that　same　day　together。
31：7住平原那边并约旦河西的以色列人，见以色列军兵逃跑，扫罗和他儿子都死了，也就弃城逃跑。非利士人便来住在其中。
And　when　the　men　of　Israel　that　were　on　the　other　side　of　the　valley；　and　they　that　were　on　the　other　side　Jordan；　saw　that　the　men　of　Israel　fled；　and　that　Saul　and　his　sons　were　dead；　they　forsook　the　cities；　and　fled；　and　the　Philistines　came　and　dwelt　in　them。
31：8次日，非利士人来剥那被杀之人的衣服，看见扫罗和他三个儿子仆倒在基利波山，
And　it　came　to　pass　on　the　morrow；　when　the　Philistines　came　to　strip　the　slain；　that　they　found　Saul　and　his　three　sons　fallen　in　mount　Gilboa。
31：9就割下他的首级，剥了他的军装，打发人到（或作送到）非利士地的四境，报信与他们庙里的偶像和众民。
And　they　cut　off　his　head；　and　stripped　off　his　armour；　and　sent　into　the　land　of　the　Philistines　round　about；　to　publish　it　in　the　house　of　their　idols；　and　among　the　people。
31：10又将扫罗的军装放在亚斯她录庙里，将他的尸身钉在伯珊的城墙上。
And　they　put　his　armour　in　the　house　of　Ashtaroth：　and　they　fastened　his　body　to　the　wall　of　Bethshan。
31：11基列雅比的居民听见非利士人向扫罗所行的事，
And　when　the　inhabitants　of　Jabeshgilead　heard　of　that　which　the　Philistines　had　done　to　Saul；
31：12他们中间所有的勇士就起身，走了一夜，将扫罗和他儿子的尸身从伯珊城墙上取下来，送到雅比那里，用火烧了。
All　the　valiant　men　arose；　and　went　all　night；　and　took　the　body　of　Saul　and　the　bodies　of　his　sons　from　the　wall　of　Bethshan；　and　came　to　Jabesh；　and　burnt　them　there。
31：13将他们骸骨葬在雅比的垂丝柳树下，就禁食七日。
And　they　took　their　bones；　and　buried　them　under　a　tree　at　Jabesh；　and　fasted　seven　days。

1：1扫罗死后，大卫击杀亚玛力人回来，在洗革拉住了两天。
Now　it　came　to　pass　after　the　death　of　Saul；　when　David　was　returned　from　the　slaughter　of　the　Amalekites；　and　David　had　abode　two　days　in　Ziklag；
1：2第三天，有一人从扫罗的营里出来，衣服撕裂，头蒙灰尘，到大卫面前伏地叩拜。
It　came　even　to　pass　on　the　third　day；　that；　behold；　a　man　came　out　of　the　camp　from　Saul　with　his　clothes　rent；　and　earth　upon　his　head：　and　so　it　was；　when　he　came　to　David；　that　he　fell　to　the　earth；　and　did　obeisance。
1：3大卫问他说，你从哪里来。他说，我从以色列的营里逃来。
And　David　said　unto　him；　From　whence　est　thou？　And　he　said　unto　him；　Out　of　the　camp　of　Israel　am　I　escaped。
1：4大卫又问他说，事情怎样。请你告诉我。他回答说，百姓从阵上逃跑，也有许多人仆倒死亡。扫罗和他儿子约拿单也死了。
And　David　said　unto　him；　How　went　the　matter？　I　pray　thee；　tell　me。　And　he　answered；　That　the　people　are　fled　from　the　battle；　and　many　of　the　people　also　are　fallen　and　dead；　and　Saul　and　Jonathan　his　son　are　dead　also。
1：5大卫问报信的少年人说，你怎吗知道扫罗和他儿子约拿单死了呢。
And　David　said　unto　the　young　man　that　told　him；　How　knowest　thou　that　Saul　and　Jonathan　his　son　be　dead？
1：6报信的少年人说，我偶然到基利波山，看见扫罗伏在自己枪上，有战车，马兵紧紧地追他。
And　the　young　man　that　told　him　said；　As　I　happened　by　chance　upon　mount　Gilboa；　behold；　Saul　leaned　upon　his　spear；　and；　lo；　the　chariots　and　horsemen　followed　hard　after　him。
1：7他回头看见我，就呼叫我。我说，我在这里。
And　when　he　looked　behind　him；　he　saw　me；　and　called　unto　me。　And　I　answered；　Here　am　I。
1：8他问我说，你是什么人。我说，我是亚玛力人。
And　he　said　unto　me；　Who　art　thou？　And　I　answered　him；　I　am　an　Amalekite。
1：9他说，请你来，将我杀死。因为痛苦抓住我，我的生命尚存。
He　said　unto　me　again；　Stand；　I　pray　thee；　upon　me；　and　slay　me：　for　anguish　is　e　upon　me；　because　my　life　is　yet　whole　in　me。
1：10我准知他仆倒必不能活，就去将他杀死，把他头上的冠冕，臂上的镯子拿到我主这里。
So　I　stood　upon　him；　and　slew　him；　because　I　was　sure　that　he　could　not　live　after　that　he　was　fallen：　and　I　took　the　crown　that　was　upon　his　head；　and　the　bracelet　that　was　on　his　arm；　and　have　brought　them　hither　unto　my　lord。
1：11大卫就撕裂衣服，跟随他的人也是如此，
Then　David　took　hold　on　his　clothes；　and　rent　them；　and　likewise　all　the　men　that　were　with　him：
1：12而且悲哀哭号，禁食到晚上，是因扫罗和他儿子约拿单，并耶和华的民以色列家的人，倒在刀下。
And　they　mourned；　and　wept；　and　fasted　until　even；　for　Saul；　and　for　Jonathan　his　son；　and　for　the　people　of　the　LORD；　and　for　the　house　of　Israel；　because　they　were　fallen　by　the　sword。
1：13大卫问报信的少年人说，你是哪里的人。他说，我是亚玛力客人的儿子。
And　David　said　unto　the　young　man　that　told　him；　Whence　art　thou？　And　he　answered；　I　am　the　son　of　a　stranger；　an　Amalekite。
1：14大卫说，你伸手杀害耶和华的受膏者，怎吗不畏惧呢。
And　David　said　unto　him；　How　wast　thou　not　afraid　to　stretch　forth　thine　hand　to　destroy　the　LORD's　anointed？
1：15大卫叫了一个少年人来，说，你去杀他吧。
And　David　called　one　of　the　young　men；　and　said；　Go　near；　and　fall　upon　him。　And　he　smote　him　that　he　died。
1：16大卫对他说，你流人血的罪归到自己的头上，因为你亲口作见证说，我杀了耶和华的受膏者。少年人就把他杀了。
And　David　said　unto　him；　Thy　blood　be　upon　thy　head；　for　thy　mouth　hath　testified　against　thee；　saying；　I　have　slain　the　LORD's　anointed。
1：17大卫作哀歌，吊扫罗和他儿子约拿单，
And　David　lamented　with　this　lamentation　over　Saul　and　over　Jonathan　his　son：
1：18且吩咐将这歌教导犹大人。这歌名叫弓歌，写在雅煞珥书上。
（Also　he　bade　them　teach　the　children　of　Judah　the　use　of　the　bow：　behold；　it　is　written　in　the　book　of　Jasher。）
1：19歌中说，以色列阿，你尊荣者在山上被杀。大英雄何竟死亡。
The　beauty　of　Israel　is　slain　upon　thy　high　places：　how　are　the　mighty　fallen！
1：20不要在迦特报告。不要在亚实基伦街上传扬。免得非利士的女子欢乐。免得未受割礼之人的女子矜夸。
Tell　it　not　in　Gath；　publish　it　not　in　the　streets　of　Askelon；　lest　the　daughters　of　the　Philistines　rejoice；　lest　the　daughters　of　the　uncircumcised　triumph。
1：21基利波山哪，愿你那里没有雨露。愿你田地无土产可作供物。因为英雄的盾牌在那里被污丢弃。扫罗的盾牌彷佛未曾抹油。
Ye　mountains　of　Gilboa；　let　there　be　no　dew；　neither　let　there　be　rain；　upon　you；　nor　fields　of　offerings：　for　there　the　shield　of　the　mighty　is　vilely　cast　away；　the　shield　of　Saul；　as　though　he　had　not　been　anointed　with　oil。
1：22约拿单的弓箭非流敌人的血不退缩。扫罗的刀剑非剖勇士的油不收回。
From　the　blood　of　the　slain；　from　the　fat　of　the　mighty；　the　bow　of　Jonathan　turned　not　back；　and　the　sword　of　Saul　returned　not　empty。
